style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efficy, Europa&#8217;s grootste leverancier van oplossingen voor het beheer van klantenrelaties (CRM), wilde het welzijn van al zijn werknemers nog meer stimuleren. Het toonaangevende bedrijf, dat meer dan 500 werknemers telt die voornamelijk in Europa verspreid zijn, is gevestigd in een gloednieuw hoofdkantoor in Brussel en maakte van die verhuis meteen gebruik om een uiterst innovatief concept voor te stellen. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2018Efficy &#8211; ReShape the Work Experience\u2019<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> streeft er dan ook naar om aan alle noden van de werknemers te voldoen, meer bepaald door hotelkamers aan te bieden die ze kunnen boeken voor zakenreizen. Een concept dat samenwerking stimuleert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efficy deed een beroep op Alternativ om dit concept te concretiseren en een werkruimte te cre\u00ebren waar alle medewerkers kunnen werken, leven, eten en slapen. \u201cOp een leegstaand terrein van 800\u00a0m<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hebben we 5 kamers en een erg praktische keuken op maat ingericht met als doel om werknemers samen te brengen, samenwerking te vergemakkelijken en teamevenementen te organiseren\u201d, aldus Delphine Fromont en Guillaume Duquesne, beiden ontwerper bij Alternativ.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Van werkplek naar leefruimte<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co-Working + Co-Living = een plek waar het goed is om te werken en te leven. Deze optelsom van de klant werd door Delphine en Guillaume grondig geanalyseerd, ontcijferd en vertaald in een 100% innovatieve leefruimte. \u201cWe hebben de kamers voorzien van douches en al het nodige comfort voor een rustpauze. Daarnaast hebben we een keuken ontworpen die 1\/3 van de ruimte in beslag neemt en waar je na de werkuren een lekkere maaltijd kunt bereiden. Maar een douche heeft watertoevoer nodig en een keuken ventilatie\u00a0&#8230; Kortom, technische vereisten die we uiteraard hadden ingecalculeerd!\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Net deze totaaloplossing voor het project maakt het werken met een bedrijf met een \u2018Design &amp; Build\u2019-aanpak \u2013 zoals Alternativ \u2013 zo interessant. Van de briefing met het bedrijf tot de uitvoering van de werken en alle technische vereisten: alles wordt zorgvuldig uitgedacht, overwogen, ingecalculeerd en onmiddellijk geregeld. haar concepten en de manier waarop ze zich kan projecteren in een project, terwijl ik dan weer goed overweg kan met verschillende software zoals AutoCAD en Pcon. Dit project vereiste iteratie- en validatiefasen om de volgende stappen te kunnen bepalen. We hebben echt een grote flexibiliteit aan de dag gelegd. Alleen ga je sneller, met twee ga je verder\u201d, zegt een ietwat filosofische Guillaume.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een ding is zeker: het concept van Co-Working &amp; Co-Living dat gecre\u00eberd en ge\u00efntroduceerd werd door Efficy, werd nauwgezet vertaald in een innovatieve werkplek. \u201cDeze plek is het resultaat van een co-creatieproces tussen de klant en Alternativ. We hebben echt met hen samengewerkt om hun noden en hun wens om de werkruimte een industri\u00eble start-upstijl te geven, te concretiseren.
