These collective areas are incredibly valuable in terms of <strong>networking<\/strong>. Not only does this lead to unexpected collaborations, your team members might well uncover the best practices from a business in a completely different sector.&nbsp;<strong> Cross-industry innovation<\/strong> has never been so tangible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Good for company image and costs&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Co-working spaces are also beneficial in terms of your<strong> image<\/strong>. The results (which were published in <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2019\/04\/how-coworking-spaces-affect-employees-professional-identities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Harvard Business Review<\/a>) speak for themselves. Using responses to statements such as \u2018I have a lot in common with the employees from the companies in my office building\u2019 versus \u2018I have a lot in common with the <strong>colleagues from my company<\/strong>\u2019, the researchers gave all the participating companies a score from 1 (the weakest emotional and psychological connection with their own organisation) to 5 (the strongest connection). And the results?
