Most spaces are designed with fixed furniture and walls that can\u2019t adapt easily or quickly to the <strong>changing activities <\/strong>people do throughout the day.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3>Ideas Get Stuck <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Solving big problems requires <strong>big ideas<\/strong>, but most <strong>collaborative spaces <\/strong>are designed for <strong>sharing information <\/strong>which means people tend to sit, listen and participate more passively. These spaces quietly discourage people from becoming <strong>physically <\/strong>and <strong>emotionally engaged <\/strong>in <strong>problem-solving activities<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-2-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3>Tools Fall Short <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Most people have multiple personal devices but less <strong>access <\/strong>to <strong>technology <\/strong>for <strong>group work<\/strong>.
