Agile <\/strong>is process-driven work <\/strong>derived from software development<\/strong> and now used by lots of industries to improve speed<\/strong>, flexibility <\/strong>and customer focus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agile teams <\/a>structure their work into a sequence of activities<\/strong> that guide them to execute quickly, monitor progress and re-adjust workflow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their practice includes daily standup meetings<\/strong>, pair-based work<\/strong>, sprint reviews <\/strong>and sprint retrospectives<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These teams constantly shift between modes of work<\/strong>, working alone and together<\/strong> as the task demands.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
