{"id":31421,"date":"2021-05-27T17:12:40","date_gmt":"2021-05-27T15:12:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.alternativ.be\/?page_id=31421"},"modified":"2021-05-27T17:34:56","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T15:34:56","slug":"project-manager","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.alternativ.be\/en\/jobs\/project-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1>\n\t\tProject Manager\n\t<\/h1>\n\t<p>ALTERNATIV empowers and inspires people and organizations by creating the future of work.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently looking for a new colleague who wants to join us as a PROJECT MANAGER for our DESIGN &amp; BUILD activity in creating this passion together with our clients<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tResponsibilities\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties\/partners for the flawless execution of projects<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget<\/li>\n<li>Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring the technical feasibility.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure resource availability and allocation<\/li>\n<li>Develop a detailed project plan to track progress<\/li>\n<li>Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs<\/li>\n<li>Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Report and escalate to management as needed<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk management to minimize project risks<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain relationships with third parties\/vendors<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including \u2018as-build\u2019 files<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and control all project and execution plans and drawings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\tRequirements\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Great educational background, preferably in the fields of design and build, space management or engineering for technical project managers.<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience as a project manager the development of new and personalized work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in finding the best solutions to meet the customer expectations when it comes to his work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Everything which touches interior and design fascinates you.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work independently and \u2026. A certain amount of impatience (things have to move on) are an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills xcellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Curiosity is your thing. You love learning.
